We use Australia Post. Your order ships from North Wollongong N.S.W 2500. Please check the Australia Post website for delivery estimates.
*We only use Australia Post to deliver all orders and your order is sent via Eparcel and 'Signature on delivery'
*Please note: We are not responsible for lost/ stolen or tampered with
orders. If you select to have your order 'left in a safe place' you are at risk
of your package not arriving to you saftely. Please always opt to collect your package from the Post office if you are not able to sign for it personally.
*Please ensure your address is up to date and entered correctly. If you have provided the incorrect address and your order is shipped and returned we will refund you for the items purchased less the shipping fee.
*Failure to collect your package from the post office will result in the order being sent back to us. We will refund you the cost of your item and you will have to re-purchase.
*We are not responsible for your order being delivered to the wrong address if the incorrect details have been provided.
* Please contact us ASAP if your package has arrived damaged. You will need to provide images of the damaged box and unused bottle to start your claim.
*We do not accept shipping damage claims if the labels of been removed and the bottle has been used.
*All items are quality checked and scanned prior to shipping. Damage/blemish claims need to resolved asap (within 24hrs of receiving) Items must have labels on and be unused to be eligible for damage/blemish claim to move forward.
We adhere to a strict 30 day returns policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we aren't able to offer a refund or exchange, unless there is a fault with the product to be returned, as outlined in our warranty guidelines.
To return your unused product, please reach out to us via the contact us page of our website, and a customer service consultant will be able to review this with you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the order will be deducted from your refund.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), including:
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
