Lifetime & Warranty Claims

If you have a Claim you would like to make about your Hydro Flask, please remember the following: We do not cover instances where you have dropped, damaged, thrown, dented your Hydro Flasks/products and any other actions that are deemed damaged by the owner. This includes accidents or general wear and tear/acts of God.

We also cannot replace Hydro Flask items that have been stolen, or thrown away as there may instances where you will have to send them back.
